Welcome

Jessica Hiscock's music corner, featuring an upright piano with a cello resting against the stool.

Structured, thoughtful lessons for beginners and lifelong learners

It’s never too late to start.

Whether you’re beginning as an adult, returning to the cello after years away, or looking for lessons for a young musician, you’re very welcome here.

I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Every lesson is tailored to the individual student and their goals.

I aim to create a calm, encouraging environment where students feel safe to learn, explore and grow.

Lessons are built around purposeful, manageable steps, without pressure for perfection. Mistakes are a natural and welcome part of learning.

Warm, encouraging teaching rooted in musical excellence.
