Scheduling of Lessons
Lessons take place weekly at a time agreed directly between me and the parent/student.
Up to twelve lessons are offered per school term.
Fees & Payment
Lessons are invoiced at the start of each term.
Payment is due no later than the third lesson of that term.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel a lesson, at least 24 hours’ notice is required; otherwise, the full fee is payable.
Where I am unable to provide a lesson, it will either be rescheduled during the same term if possible, or carried forward into the following term.
Ending Lessons
Parents and students may cease lessons at any time.
Any fees paid in advance for lessons not yet taken will be refunded in full.
Safeguarding & Online Lessons
Communication regarding lessons for under-18s will always be with the parent, not directly with the child.
Lessons will take place via a secure video platform.
The student should ensure an appropriate, neutral environment for lessons.
For students under 18, a parent should be present at the beginning of each online lesson. Parents remain responsible for their child’s welfare during lessons.
